I was told by Virgin Mobile to use this site and write an e-mail regarding the credit that I called about aroung May15th ... and still have not received!
I am waiting on credit for three elctronic checking payments that they took out of my checking account, NOT authorized by ME!
I am due $24.99 for 3/16/10
$49.03 for 1/15/10
and, $49.05 for 2/15/10 = total credit due $123.07
I was told by a 'Heber' and a 'Jeremy' (I got the same Jeremy twice!, once on May 15th and today June 8th) .. that I would be receiving my credit back into my Bank Of America checking within 10 to 14 days! I'm still waiting..........Please credit my account, ASAP!
If this is NOT completed by June 30, 2010, I will take it to the Better Business Bureau........ as well as many other agencies!
