Virgin mobile I would never use this company ever agin and i would urge others not to as well. any large coporate company that think it is ok to keep a consumers hard earned money is unethcical and lacks humiltyand morals. Nationwide

 Virgin mobile I purchased an iphone 4s at best buy for virgin mobile service. They offer a discount of 5 dollars a month for auto pay when you sign up. Every month they charged 55dollars plus tax on my account not removing the 5 dollars discount. I asked for refund but they credit it to my account. I ended up 35 dollars credit before they got it right. finally I had it when I had problem with my phone and want to swap out they unsuccessfully swapped my phone and charged me twice in one month so now they took about 100 dollars from my account. Why I ask for refund they refuse. The customer service representatives are completely incompetent and caused a lot these issues to occur. I filed a report with bbb. They came back and said they never offered this discount and was not refunding my account. They try to say best buy made an error this discount wasn’t supposed to be effective till august. This is a blatant lie because bets buy didn’t set up my plan virgin mobile did also this discount has been on there website that how you signup for it. Also if that wasn’t the case why did they credit me for 7 months? I would urge people not to by the phone via virgin mobile as they are liars. They completely ripped me off for a hundred dollars. they ripped me off my credits for 35.00 and they double charged me for a swap that was unsuccessful mind you representative never said anything about these charges and at the end I ended up with no phone at all and charged for a service that was never done to my phone. I’m completely upset with the morals and ethics of virgin mobile and it parent company sprint.not sure why they would deny the refund of the credit which i had on my account and also they think it right to charge there consumers twice in one month. i would never use this company ever agin and i would urge others not to as well. any large coporate company that think it is ok to keep a consumers hard earned money is unethcical and lacks humiltyand morals.
