As of Friday November 27th, 2013 at 12:01am The website has conflicting prices. When confronted on the phone about the overnight change in plan price it was argues by the phone representative "Mario" that the plan advertised was a discontinued plan. According to the TOS/EULA it is $50 for unlimited 3g/4g according to the same page a week ago it was $35/mo 2gb 3g, unlimited 4g. As of the typing of this complaint the EULA/TOS does not match the price on the front page for selecting a plan. It sais $50 2 days ago, now says $55.
I was shorted several days because they changed the plan limit in the middle of my last plan cycle and then they changed the price of the plan overnight after realising that their page had a $5 typo. NOT MY PROBLEM.
Argued with phone rep until he credited the $5. Would NOT recommend anyone use them now because $55/mo for 6gb aggregate 3g/4g (throttled to a synchronous 256kbps connection until the end of the cycle) is too excessive.

Their highest package is $55, So I got the highest package. Since I only use it for internet I could care less about missed texts or any other phone feature.
Put simply... They should honor what they have on their site regardless. This is a matter of adhering to commercial business code and advertising accordingly.

You have the bottom of the barrel service. No real CS. Dropped calls, missed texts, phantom emails. You pay the bare minimum in comparisson to the contracted customers. And youre going to complain that the cheapest service wants a extra $5. Just be happy you get ANY services from them. Obviously you either cannot qualify for a contracted service. This means youre pretty much stuck.
