Virgin Mobile offers an unlimited text message package for $20. a month. Supposedly.

What they don't tell you when you sign up is that you have to keep signing up every month, or they will shut it off without telling you, and charge per message after that.

This company charged over $900. on my credit card using top up last month, after changing my service with no notice. The Customer Service Rep, and I use that term very loosely, was smug to the point of annoyance when I explained to her that I had ripped off. She made no attempt to remedy the situation.

Please, if you must use this company, beware of the "top up" feature they offer. Better yet, just go elsewhere.
