Vitalcheck I paid over $80.00 to receive a copy of a birth certificate its been over a month and still nothing.. when I check on my order is keep saying "your order is being processed, they tell you its a 10 day , Internet

I am a single mom and needed a copy of a Birth Certificate, I paid Vitalchek over $80.00 to get a copy, this amount of money is a good bit for me being a single mom I did this so i would not have to take a day off of work to go in the city to get a copy  .. Vital check promised me a 10-12 day turn around,, I has been a month and still no copy, when I check on the status of my order it just says" your order is being processed.. I should have researched this copy more before using them, they are so many complaints all over the web... It amazes me how these companies can do this to hard working people who are trusting them tlo deliver what they promise.. now I am out over $80.00 and will now have to take a day off from work (more money gone) to get this done.. I dont know how this people sleep at night with what the are doing... its really a shame
