They lead you through the website, and quote the price ($17.50) four times. Then, after you are wore out doing all the work for them, tacked on a $21 Express Shipping fee. You don't notice the final amount, because you already verified it 4 times before they sock it to you. Yes, it is on the next to last page, but with all the confusing information, and the fact you accepted the quoted price of $17.50 four times, a person with reasonable intelligence would not normally notice they slipped in the outrageous shipping fee at the end. I have screenshots of the process, but cannot find a way to post them here for you. * I WISH I CHECKED OUT RIP-OFF REPORTS FIRST * Because they have Ripped me a new botwhole. Crooked B-tards hiding behind Lexus/Nexus team of lawyers. Contact the state directly for your certificate and avoid these internet pirates.
