This service is a total rip off. I tried to order a copy of my fiance's birth certificate online. I went through all of the steps of filling out her information and immediately realized that I had made a mistake when the form aksed for my information. It turns out that the request was submitted under my name for my fiance's home town. I immediately realized I had made a mistake and emailed them to cancel my order and refund my $44.00. I received an email about 4 hours later stating that I was not entitled to any refund what so ever. I would understand if they would charge a processing fee, but to keep the whole amount seems completely unfair. I won't be using this service in the future and I would greatly discourage anyone else from doing the same.
