Vividseats.com My tickets were resold to another person Internet

I bought 2 tickets for opening week for dodger game,I took my son to the ball game,and at the gate we were rejected,I was told to go to will call so they can explain what happen with my tickets ,at will call I was told that the tickets I paid for were resold ,I call vividseat and they were traying to reach the seller,by this time the game already started and my kid started crying cause we could get to the ball game,them vividseat operator  that there's nothing they could do until next day, vividseat call me today and they said the best they can do is $50 coupon,I paid $36 for both tickets plas $15 parking ticket   but what  really piss me off ifs hey heard my son crying,I explain them it was a special father and son moment and I told them to give at least 2 good seats to make it up to my son and all they said was the best they could do is $50,

i don't know what should I do,can anyone help Me?
