Wall and Associates Tax Consultant Attorney's Money Grubers Kansas City Nationwide

I don't normally fall for scams but these guys got me hook line and sinker! Was in need ofback tax help. One night I saw their add on TV opening an office here in Kansas City. So I called. We set up an appointment for the following Monday. When we met the man presented himself as a Tax Attorney. So we hired him.

He told us this would be resolved in 6mts for about half of what we owed.We were required to make a down payment of $2000.00. We put this on our debit card and set up a payment plan for $350.00 each  month.This was-started in December of 2012. We sent all our taxes to our CPA. He didall the work.We then sent all  that plus a power of attorney for Wall and Associates to send to the IRS.

Isearted calling Wall and Associates about Feb. to see how things progressed. I was told that I missed some of the paper work. I sent it again.

I would call and leave a message and no one called back. When I finally reached someone I was told some of the papers were not signed. We waited for the papers, signed them and sent them back. Over the next few month I was either told papers not   signed or missing. Finally the Irs contacted us and was told nothing from Wall and associates for us. The lady at the IRS told Wall and associates was not very good.She took the information and tried to contace Wall and associates and they would not give her any information. Istopped paying them in November of 2013. We are out $6200.00. We owe the IRS $40,000.00. All because of a mistake on taxes 7yrs ago.

As I have told my daughter, This is the Real World. Beware!
