On Febuary 4, 2014 I had retained Wall And Associates Services reguarding IRS taxes from a mortgage debt cancelation that acured in 2004 for the ammount of $26823.34 After paying the retainer of $2700.00 and monthly agreement of $400.00 per month I had my first conference call to get all information to their so called case team.

The first 3 to 4 weeks everything looked to be moving forward then the phone calls and communication dropped to almost no contact unless I called them to get an update on my case.  In april of 2014 I contacted Wall And Associates again reguarding Levy's filed on my credit report and with the state of Florida county records.

Since I had entered a payment agreement with the IRS and was below the $25000.00 threshold for IRS levy's I had to tell Wall And Associates the form to file to have the Levy's removed.  6 weeks later the Levy's where removed from my credit file and public records with the state of Florida.  On June 1 2014 I contacted them again and explained to them my hours where being cut at work soon and they needed to speed up the process of my tax issue and get it resolved all I got was we are working on it, then on July 1, 2014 I notified Wall And Associates that I was terminating their services due to lack communication from them and my financial situation.

After I cancled their services my phone would not stop ringing from their agents trying to get me to reconsider so they could continue to bleed my bank account for $ 400.00 per month.  I ceased all contact with them and hired a real tax attorney Gavel and Leone who settled my IRS case in 28 days the so called mortgage debt cancelation in 2004 had been discharged in bankruptcy in 2002 two years before the mortgage company reported the 1099 to the IRS therefore the mortgage debt cancelation was not ever taxable.  Wall And Associates had all this information they just wanted to bleed money from me for up to 12 months Over all I lost $ 5200.00 to Wall And Associates for nothing do not trust this company they are just a huge Rip-Off I have also filed complaints with the State of Florida Attorney General and The Federal Trade Commision against Wall And Associates
