Wall and Associates Tax Service Rip-Off Virginia

 My husband and I met with a representative from Wall and Associates in March 2015. After explaining our tax situation and being told the company could help us lower our tax lien, we signed many papers , gave him $350 and waited for someone to contact us. We have had numerous people working on our case and have sent the same information over and over. We are on a fixed income, so nothing has changed, even though they ask for income verification every month! We you call, they are never able to speak to you directly and always have to call you back. The message is always the same: we are still working on it; while they deduct $350 from out checking account every month. Today, I was told the IRS, will have no problem taking funds from our IRA even though we have asked that question countless times. and that they can't make them an offer since we have the money to pay them. That money is our retirement fund. In the meantime, the interest and fees we owe the IRS has continued to grow and we have made no progress. We have actually lost money by dealing with this company. They are disorganized and keep stringing you along, not giving you a final answer so they can keep taking your money. I would not recommend dealing with them and if you do, call them every week for a progress report. Also ask to work with one person. They have been less than honest with us and now we will have to withdraw money from our IRA to pay an even greater debt to the IRS than before we started working with Wall and Associates.
