Wall and Associates Beware of this company! Troy Michigan

I called Wall and Associates in order to obtain assistance with some back-tax matters.  I was put in touch with an associate from the company who called back.  He wanted to set up an appointment for Monday, September 14 at 11 AM.  I had stated that I was first waiting for some documentation to get my taxes filed and could we do this the following week.  The associate got belligerent with me and tried to use scare tactics on me, which worked.  I rearranged my work schedule to get this taken care of. 

When I got to the office building where we were supposed to meet, nobody in the building had ever heard of "Wall and Associates" having space in the building.  One of the workers in the building said that she "thought" they rented under a different name there.  I should have had red flags, but decided to track the person down.  When I finally found him, and he led me to his office, it was just a plain office.  There were no signs saying "Wall and Associates", and he also stated that he was a "tax lawyer", and there were no qualifications on the walls or anyplace stating that he was. 

As he went over my documents, he basically began to berate me, and stated that I'd have to give him $4000 to handle everything.  In the meantime, I had read reports that this company was bad news, so I said that I'd have to try and get that kind of money.  When I said that, his entire demeanor changed, and he started to berate me even more in order to get the money.  I finally looked up at him and said "If I had $4000, or even more than that, I wouldn't be sitting here."  With that, the associate basically said "Have a good day", and asked me to leave.  I gave the company NOTHING, thank God. 

Avoid this company.  They're scam artists and they're bad news.
