  Submitterd Accutron watch for replacement of lost battery clamp hold down screw.  Estimate of $600.00 refused and payment sent to them to cover return of watch which took a month and a phone call to make happen.  This whole process has taken more than three months so far but there is more.  

     Returned watch was no longer running and inspection appears to indicate the internal works are not the same. Currently doing external case serial number compare to the internal works serial number Via Bulova records.  be advised,depending on their response, that No match probably will start internet fraud process using existing statutes covering interstate trade.  It's not the loss of money we hate to be ripped off.
