My quiksilver watch was in need of a new band so I thought I would try someone new, someone who supposedly specialized in fixing my particular brand. I could not have been more wrong about my choice. They offer free shipping to diagnose your repair so I thought this would be a lgit company, boy was I wrong. They respond to your by emails which is good, they even take a picture of your watch once received. I finally get an email letting me know that the parts have been discontinued which I totally understand but when I received the watch upon over $11 return shipping which I would assume is how they make a large prtion of their money ripping people of on return shipping the watch DID NOT WORK AT ALL.

I had recently replaced the battery in the watch and it only needed a band. Meraculously between the time they took the picture and I received the watch it no longer worked. I called the next day to get an explaination and first spoke to Michelle who quickly transferred me to Adam. Adam quickly explained that they were taking NO RESPONSIBILITY at all and the battery must hve died. When further pressed he informed me that quiksilver has a very good exchange policy on failed products. He is obviously the person who is in charge of putting out fires as he could have been reading off a card.

This company wants your business only once and if they cannot rip you off on your repair they will find another way to make money off you via shipping or you have the option to just give them your watch. I will of coarse be changing the battery out and following up on this case threw quiksilver but this watch sells on ebay for around $500 if you can find one so I am also going to check and see if the original watch (guts) are even still there. Nothing would surprise me with this company. I can only advise anyone thinking of giving WATCH REPAIRS USA a try to run as fast as you can!!
