  Misleading Brand pages- states they will replace battery for $15 change crystal for $30 . That they are certified watch makers. etc.

   I sent My Philip Stein watch for a crystal replacement  estimates page $30-60. After receivng my watch,  a Repair estimate was sent for  $333.13    I refused then they sent a new estimate for $313.00.  I sent an email back stating I can buy a new watch for this amount, just replace  the crystal.  They keep sending Estimate for $313.00 charging $14.00 for postage UPS ground weight for  0.50 is about  $1.50   Not acceptable keeping my watch HOSTAGE.

  Called Philip Stein about them they are NOT certified by Philip stein to fix this brand. They stated they may sue WatchRepairUSA

  Please send my watch back NOW. 

  I turned then in to three different agencies
