Watch Repairs USA Kept old watch and sent another one. Massapequa New York

Sent in watch. They emailed what it needed to which I could "accept" or "decline". I accepted. They "overhauled" the watch and billed me $38.09. They sent me a completely different watch. I had to do alot of research to get their contact info. I called Timex who told me they should of sent back old one or told me my watch was not repairable. Timex actually offered to send me a selection to choose from. Watch Repairs USA had an answering machine and I have not heard back. I am disputing the charge since I don't have MY watch back and one I don't like.

While we no longer offer repair service for Timex watches, at the time we forwarded the watch over to Timex on behalf of our customer. Our belief then, as now, was that every watch should be sent back repaired no matter what the inconvenience to us. In this case, it ended up causing us more trouble than it was worth.
After dealing with Timex facility's archaic and unhelpful customer service, they sent us a batch of unlabeled (some repaired, some replaced) watches after two months of follow up calls.
I do apologize the customer above for the less than desirable outcome, but if I can recall from memory we did work do get a amicable outcome. If there is anything else we can do (besides learn from experience) please let us know. Thank you!
