Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Wells Fargo Loss Mitigation misleading, lost paper work, misinformed, being lied, misguided, forclosure fees, inquired several times w/ representatives Eagan, Minnesota

I find it appalling that this has happened and gotten this far. I was laid off months ago which is why we fell behind and applied for assistance programs. At that time we were only one month behind, then 4 months later (TOLD NOT TO SEND ANY MONEY) we are getting forclosure notice. We are more than willing to make payment for our mortgage, but not your company's attorney fees (several thousands) considering being lied to and misguided by one of your representatives. Which is why we are in the foreclosure process know. There were several phone conversations stating not to make any payments while in the loss mitigation process. We inquired several times about making any payments we would be able to during the process and was told not to, that we would not qualify for any assistance program if we did.  We sent in all requested paperwork by your company each month, and still lose the paper work. Then we refax again! I told them about my act 91 paper work and said not to worry about it as long as we were in the loss mitigation process everthing would be fine. Representative never told us that foreclosure would be an option during  this process. Now my credit check is shot for 7 years, let alone no bank is going to help me with a new mortgage, if you hit the foreclosure list after 120 days.
