West telemarketing a fortune 1000 company bought and sold every two-three years a company that goes through employees faster then some third world countries go through emergency aid. A place where employees are drug screened and background checks are ran on qualifying candidates for customer service Agent positions "as if agent was a somewhat more prestigious way of saying representative." First Off I'm not an angry ex- employee more like a silent lamb I worked at West corporation as a security guard"it was the only job that would hire me at the time" I had done security for 2 years prior to that. and had made decent money but like all of god's wonderful children on this planet i lost my way. i got arrested for grand larceny and while the sentence was in deferment "meaning on public record and on background checks

West HIRED me, for security mind you. I'm not sure if they just forgot to run the check or what but i didn't care i needed steady income. i kept my head down for the first eight months trying to resolve my person law violation which i was successful at and now Im a regular boy scout. while letting the security supervisor and and facilities manager James and David think i was just a dumb kid willing to work any shift for low pay. I didn't care it was a job it payed the bills. for 8.50 an hour you can't expect much from an employer nor can they expect much from you. my employment dates where from may of 2006 through January of 2008 my story is a long one my evidence will shock you yes i said evidence video and audio unfortunately people these days are either too
domesticated into not caring about how corporations allow there companies to be managed or they are just so financially starved that all they care about is maintaining the table scraps tossed to them by whatever employer they seek out. single mothers, working dads with barely any college people with addiction issues or like myself with legal issues are all recruited by west corporation but before i get to that let me back up. After eight months the company was bought and our management structure was "reorganized" another word for consolidated. we lost our Facilities manager and the security team was managed by the Human resources department. do to the lack of training out Hr manager and staff had no idea how security should be run. our security supervisor took knew this and began becoming lethargic through the remote aid of his formal manager David who was laid off then 5 months later rehired to the Omaha main branch. It was as if he knew it would happen although my evidence on that matter is vague and inconclusive. so time goes on we go through security guard after security guard. I witnessed agents being sexually harassed by their supervisors I've seen hiring managers having sex with subordinates in their private office. "It's amazing what u can find out with hidden cameras" I've eased dropped on sensitive conversations in regards to line group eliminations 3 to 4 months before they announce it. That one i will defend
because i understand corporations have to make tough decisions and when you loose funding or business It does put you in a bind when your manpower out numbers your business needs.

so far the hired me "a criminal " as defined by any corporate policy or legal term.
with public known record of which i did NOT disclose to them upon my hiring.
what do i look stupid? yea i know i did something wrong and i did what i could to rectify the situation but just because an employer says they will run a background check on you doesn't mean it will be thorough there lots of databases out there with lots of information. within 8 months they lost a line group i lost a manager and my supervisor gave a whole new meaning to the word retard. one night i witnessed him come up after 8pm to use the bathroom his fiance looked a little sick he asked for the keys to the restrooms and escorted her down the hall away from where all the people would be if u watch the footage i recorded you'll notice her stumbling looking a bit dizzy and uncoordinated "I plugged my pda into the dvr where our surveillance footage was saved at work and saved that footage" another incident that i have on tape is of a cricket supervisor and his g/f or agent in his car engaged in explicit acts i zoomed the camera in on the situation and went out to address the matter "like a good security guard" as i approached they drove off. I later found out she was sniffing an illegal substance off of one of his private appendages.
i still retain this footage as well.

Now to the nitty gritty i transferred into Human Resources 6 months before i finally left that place "I left because my deferred sentence was expunged" not because my boss didnt like me. on the contrary my boss and his boss loved me it was unfortunate he was an idiot Chris was a guy hired in in at a starting pay of $20,000 more then his predecessor and he did only a third of the work.

December came with cold temperatures and warm holiday cheer and an HR department with a relatively new staff aside from me who did almost everything from reception to orientations to class assignments to corporate reports. all were with in my job duties and i was capable of doing them. The i had to give staff meetings on unions in the workplace i occasionally was sent budget overview reports and attrition reports OK lets educate here that's MANAGEMENT stuff that the manager was sending to me turns out he had an issue with asking for help so rather then ask me for help he just sent me the work asking me to do it.
OK cool I'm a go get em employee! sure why not. Anyone who has been in management knows there are some things your staff should not be privy to.
when i left west i sent my resignation e-mail to the V.P of Human resources for West "yes i went and told mommy about the kids not playing nice" but mommy didn't care it seemed my response was a typical be nice and go away response

i have much more information too much to post this company has no idea what i have stacked against them BUT it's not their fault they entrusted their Tulsa sight to be run my morans. Their management team is awful. that is my point and they refused to actually investigate the matters.
