      they wouldn't be calling anyone if you would make your payments and make them on time.  the question about ethnicity was un called for and i seriously doubt it happened.  the only way to prevent this in the future is by paying your friggin payment on time.  you wouldn't be financed at westlake if you had decent credit and they gave you a chance that noone else would

Westlake Financial Services None I have been threatened multiple times with criminal prosecution, i found out the vehicle was in the flood of Hurricane Sandy, my engine died before my contract was ever up. Now when i traded in my truck they also recoreded it as a cash down not as trade in. they would call me 30 xs a day when i repeatedly told them I was dealing with very serious medical issues, they continued threatened me with criminal prosecution among other things. now i cannot even get through to their 24 hr number. my truck was taking from where i was having my engine diagnosed and told them i was going to seek reimbursement for the lemon truck which was flooded and then resold. Westlake Financial Services My auto loan was paid off by my credit union in February 2014 for estimated $13,000+; Westlake Financial Services reported to the credit bureau that my car was repossessed for the amount of $13,000+ in December 2013. However, they are so sneaky and distrustful that they reported this information to the credit bureau in March of 2014. Los Angeles California
