Xsport Fitness Xsport decides what acct of yours they would like to charge .... they call it convenience... my accts are not for THEIR convenience. Libertyville Illinois

I decided after awhile i would sign up for monthly babysitting at xsport..since mmy kids go so often. Me and my husband go daily and have had the same acct attached to our membership for 2 yrs now. I filled out this babysitting form and read all of the small print since i know first hand how bad xsport is with customer service ( no one at the physical locations can ever help you). I gave them a credit card of mine and right underneath where i signed ( i obtained an extra copy of the form ) it specifically states that this is the monthly charge that is going to come from the card listed above.... yeah right !!!!!

I go online to do some bills from my checking acct and see that xsport only charged me one membership this month ... strange ..... i checked back a few days later not thinking anything of it and still no second membership taken out.... So i thought ... im sure they wouldnt be stupid enough to have split my memberships up and then stick one on my credit card along with babysitting..... yup thats what they did. I was furious ... not for the cost ... i can handle my membership costs .. but at the fact that when asked they said it was convenient this way .

I never signed any authorization to have them switch over or charge more to my credit card they just did it . I called corporate as soon as they opened the next day and they apologized stating i was right they had nothing on file stating that they could switch over charges ... but this is they way theydid things !!! he even came out and said it ! he said that they are only allowed to have one acct on file so they switched it when i chose to join the day care program ! They need to tell people these things or put them on these forms you are signing ! I beleive this is a legal issue and cant beleive they get away with this stuff .

I also called the libertyville facility and spoke with a sarah or a stacy i dont remember her name but of course its been 4 days and still no call back .. they neverknow how to help anyone . I love the gym and most of the people there but dear god you ever have a problem. They also charged my sister and law an extra 10$ fee to her card twice this month for babysitting . She has one kid so its 10 for the whole month ... she let them slide .. I would have had a fit ! They arent to professional there either ... they come right out and tell you they dont know anything ! consider any acct info you ever give them to be fair game ! they will save and charge them ALL!!!!
