  All these insurance companies advertise how great they are in handling claims. In realty when you’re hit by one of their insurers. It’s a total nightmare. Especially when they’re insured totals your car! Then USAA leaves you hanging. USAA has been nothing but a collection of deceitful individuals, portraying me as the villain and accusing me of being uncooperative. In reality, they have displayed a tremendous lack of cooperation throughout these past two years. My car continued to run after the accident until November 17, 2023, a full year after Thomas Tabb backed into me while he was maneuvering into his driveway. The core issue arises from the fact that my car did not stop immediately after the collision; this has become a point of contention. I have grown weary of these men and their persistent attempts to undermine my situation and prevent me from receiving any benefits. It is also notable that Thomas Tabb owns three vehicles, and I am convinced that USAA's representative, Charles, has lied to the Alabama Insurance Commissioner’s office. He has falsely accused me of being at fault, resulting in the denial of my claims and instructing the repair shop, Sons of Chevy, to halt repairs on my vehicle! I possess statements from employees at the Sons of Chevy body shop confirming that USAA indeed instructed them to cease repairs due to paint peeling on the hood and front of my car, which directly correlates to where the accident took place. Furthermore, Charles from USAA has perpetuated another lie by claiming they conduct fair assessments of claims. Evidence of their deception includes a stack of denial letters and the fact that Patty, another representative, refused to assist me in obtaining a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop last year, specifically between March 1, 2024, and June 29, 2024. In addition, Charles fabricated yet another statement, asserting that I delayed filing my claim until June 5, 2025. Although USAA initially accepted responsibility for the accident, they now insist that I cover the costs for diagnostic testing. Why on earth should I bear this expense when the incident was clearly caused by their insured’s actions? This situation has brought unnecessary distress, largely instigated by one of my neighbors.

 At the Phenix City Walmart pharmacy, I encountered a troubling situation that felt both unjust and terrifying. I witnessed firsthand how they would deny patients the medications they desperately needed, while simultaneously abusing their authority and diminishing the dignity of those coming for help. This is unacceptable behavior for any healthcare provider, and it has left a lasting impact on me. Feeling the weight of this mistreatment, I made the difficult decision to take action and expose the abuse I experienced at the hands of the pharmacy staff. I reported their actions to Medicare, highlighting not just the fraud associated with denying medications, but also the emotional and psychological impact of their abusive tactics. I believe it is crucial to stand up against such misconduct, especially when 99% of Walmart pharmacy customers depend on Medicare for their healthcare needs. I intend to keep pursuing this issue relentlessly to ensure that the pharmacy staff can no longer profit from their dishonest practices and mistreatment of vulnerable patients like myself. My mission is to raise awareness and ensure that no one else has to face the same kind of heartache and injustice that I endured.

With the way these businesses have treated me, what compelling reason do I have to continue spending my money in our community? And needing something simple like my medications. Which I can’t go to any pharmacy in Phenix city anymore! It’s just a plain outrage! More recently, I've found myself banned from several places, including Wells Fargo, Home Depot, and Walmart, which only compounds my frustration and confusion. It feels unjust that I have had to raise my voice against the Phenix City police for their unfair treatment toward both me and my son. Instead of receiving support, the police have chosen to align themselves with the neighbors who were causing us distress and harassment. This ongoing struggle has been a dark cloud over our lives for the past 14 years, as it seems that the local authorities have turned a blind eye to our grievances. Like how I falsely been accused of! However, it appears that many businesses in Phenix City, including those in law enforcement, hold a different view, seemingly dismissing the rights of consumers like myself. In particular, my experiences at the Phenix City Walmart have further fueled my frustration. It is disheartening to witness that the company has employed individuals who engage in corrupt behaviors, seemingly aiming to drive away loyal customers who rely on their services. "Like getting your medication.” The unfortunate result of these staffing decisions has led to the departure of friendly, dedicated employees who once contributed positively to the shopping experience. Given the atmosphere of disrespect and neglect for customer satisfaction, I feel entirely justified in choosing not to support Phenix City or frequent its local businesses. If this is the sentiment held by the local establishments and the management, then why should I continue to invest my tax dollars into an environment that seems to disregard my rights as a consumer?  I’m becoming increasingly frustrated and fed up with the mistreatment I have been receiving from the doctors and staff at Piedmont. I have been racially discriminated because of my rage. At Piedmont hospital. They’re are black and white discrimination issues going on at Piedmont hospital. Despite their signs urging patients to refrain from being rude towards medical personnel, I feel that they are the ones who are abusing their power and lying about my medical condition. As a patient, I have rights that should be respected and upheld. During my most recent visit on July 24, 2025, I encountered Dr. Daniel Gwan-Nulla, who was extremely angry and hostile in his demeanor towards me. His Physician Assistant (PA) entered the room and made remarks that were quite confusing and nonsensical, which only added to my anxiety. In that appointment, my last blood work results showcased levels around 700, and I have a mass located on my 8th rib cage. I was trying to clarify with the PA that the radiologist had indicated that the mass was no longer present, something that I believed to be significant information. However, in response to my explanation, Dr. Gwan-Nulla's reaction was rude and dismissive. He told me, "I’m not going to argue with you!" and this is simply not an appropriate way for a medical professional to communicate with a patient. The PA only exacerbated the situation by antagonizing me further instead of providing support or clarity. Additionally, the doctor made a false claim about my medical history, stating that I had experienced several falls when, in reality, I have only had one fall that occurred in October 2023. It seems puzzling to me why they believe they have the right to treat me in such an unprofessional manner and stir unnecessary conflict instead of fostering a helpful environment. Although one nurse did apologize for some misunderstandings, neither Dr. Gwan-Nulla nor his PA showed any sign of remorse for their behavior. Furthermore, I have encountered another issue concerning my cough medicine prescription at Walmart pharmacy. The pharmacist and the staff there have claimed that my doctor discontinued the medication, which raises further questions about the accuracy of the information I am receiving. To clarify this matter, I have reached out to my doctor to confirm the status of the prescription, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response.

 Pharmacy staff members hold a professional responsibility to provide quality service to all customers without discrimination or intent to cause distress. Since 2020 I have been abused and mistreated by pharmacy staff across phenix city. The fact is the pharmacist and staff intentionally caused me to get upset. So they can refuse service to me. I remember on the early 2000s. I had the same trouble at Walmart. I refused to go back until I had a problem at cvs. In 2020 now 5 years later I’m banned from Walmart. Because of DEI discrimination. However, for some reason, the pharmacy staff continuously harass me when I come to pick up this medication that I critically require and try to make me feel as though I should justify my need for it. Given the circumstances, it’s completely understandable that I would feel frustrated and upset. Nonetheless, I want to make it clear that I did not raise my voice or yell at the staff; my disappointment was expressed in a calm manner, without any hostility directed toward them. There's a disturbing inconsistency in how society perceives abuse. Judges and legal systems are rightly harsh on individuals who harm the elderly, but it raises a glaring question: why do large corporations seem to escape accountability when they engage in abusive practices, particularly when it comes to the elderly and vulnerable populations? The wrongful denial of medications that are vital to our well-being cannot be overlooked, as it feels like a deeply ingrained injustice that continues to persist within the healthcare system.

 Things are just getting increasingly difficult and overwhelming for me, and it raises serious questions about how pharmacies are operating. I feel completely violated and treated in a manner that feels both dirty and criminal. It is especially disheartening to experience this at the pharmacy staff of the Walmart located in Phenix City, who seem to have no regard for my civil rights. This sense of abandonment is something I have unfortunately faced throughout my entire life, where I have been repeatedly subjected to abuse, mistreatment, and neglect. Currently, I find myself unable to access the medication that is absolutely essential for my survival. This situation is incredibly alarming and unjust—why is it permissible for these individuals to treat me in such a harmful way?  Tina called my son up this morning. She falsely accused him of not being who he was. They are allowed to be so cruel and mean toward me and my sons. It’s the racist pharmacist and Tina who is creating the hostile environment. Tina has a nasty bad attitude. We don’t have to tolerate such behavior. Now my son can’t get his medication filled there anymore. My son told her off and told her he is tired of them harassing and abusing me. Now they have stopped filling his medication. Everything is set against white people. Well Tina is white to but she is going along with the crowd to be against me and give me a hard time. It’s not right how we are being done. I have experienced this abuse and cruel since my child hood. All because people hate it because I defend myself.

Matthew Waldrop embarrassed me in front of other customers at the CVS located on Crawford Road in Phenix City, causing me a great deal of distress. His behavior made me feel humiliated and uncomfortable, leading me to believe that the treatment I was receiving at this pharmacy was not only unfair but also harassing, especially regarding the filling of my prescriptions. In response to this situation, I decided to file a formal complaint with the Alabama Board of Pharmacy, hoping to bring attention to the poor treatment I had experienced and hold the pharmacy accountable for its actions. However, despite my complaint, the Alabama pharmacy board ultimately ruled in favor of CVS, seemingly ignoring my concerns. This was particularly frustrating because I had been aware that this particular location had faced trouble on two previous occasions related to their practices. In addition to the humiliation I experienced, I felt compelled to take even further action; I called the police to report Matthew for his verbal abuse towards me. This incident occurred before I discovered that he was also struggling with drug abuse issues. I found myself questioning the judgment of the pharmacy in allowing someone with a known history of substance abuse to work in such a sensitive position, especially since he was previously reported to have his license suspended. When the Phenix City police arrived at the store, I recounted my experience and shared my side of the story in hopes that they would understand the severity of the situation. I had been a loyal customer at this CVS location for nearly thirteen years, filling prescriptions there from March 2007 until January 20, 2020. It was disheartening to realize that CVS had knowingly hired Matthew Waldrop despite his problematic history, and I felt that my grievances were being disregarded by both the store and the regulatory body. Yet somehow they are able to stay in business. The other cvs on Summerville rd continues to go down hill. When CVS transferred Matthew Waldrop knowing I was getting my prescriptions filled they’re. Matthew got his license suspended in 2020 for a few months. Matthew wife is also the problem in my situation. CVS allows two married people to work together. CVS is allowing Matthew and his wife. To chase away loyal customers who been getting they’re medication filled Andes for the past 30 years.

 It wasn’t racist for me to confront this black pharmacist. Telling him that he was discriminating against me because I am white and had made a complaint, about the bad customer service I was receiving. Black people have been getting away with pushing me around far too long. I’m talking to a civil rights lawyer right now. Walmart violated my civil rights by issuing me a trespass I have done nothing wrong. I have been harassed and abused at most pharmacy in Phenix city. Because of how evil phenix city and corrupt the city has been. For the last 72 years.

 Why is it the law allows everyone else to ruin your life? But you can’t defend yourself or do it back to them? That is unfair while they move on not being held accountable for anything. I was extremely upset and filled with anger when I decided to write this complaint regarding my experiences with a particular pharmacy and its manager. I have filed a complaint with the civil rights department. At the Walmart super center on 280. When I had conflicts before it got resolved. Because I complaint about being harassed for my race I get banned. The pharmacist also lied saying I verbally abused him which I didn’t. It seems that I am becoming increasingly weary of my civil rights being disregarded and violated in this situation. The issue at hand could have easily been resolved if they had simply allowed me to take my medication when it was already prepared and bagged up, as I had communicated to the cashier. However, to my dismay, she informed me that my medication had been set aside again, leading to my frustration. It always seems to be the same medication that I require, yet I find myself continuously facing harassment from these pharmacists about my prescriptions. As a result of standing up for my rights and advocating for myself, I am now left to endure the discomfort of a persistent cough. Their failure to provide me with my necessary medication appears to be a direct consequence of my decision to speak out, and it feels unjust that I am being punished for asserting my needs.
