Auravie I was only supposed to be charged $4.95 shipping but two weeks after I received the merchandise I noticed a charge on my credit for $97.88Did not expect this charge. Called to try and completely removed. But they refused. Though I am positive Internet

I ordered a "free sample", paid $4.95 shipping and then was summarily charged $97.88.Customer no service says, it was in the 'terms and conditions".

Wasn't there when I ordered.

I wanted to et reimbured for the full $97.88 so I contacted customer service. I was told I ould be given a courtesy refund

of $35.00 only if I sent them an email stating that I have not and will not contac my credit card company to file a dispute.
