I am 43 yrs old who is almost homebound due too going through kidney failure, i have two teen boys and am on a limoted income! I was intrduced or in this case seduced by free samples on a certain social media web site, i though well tht is awsome so clicked on it filled out the registration form in which nothing said anything aboit anything to do with future products or money  omming out of my account! It says a one time shipping fee of like $2.00! I went ahead and recieved the free samples they were small in size and quantity thre were three samples and a booklet and the shipping invoice also saying nothing but enjoy your free samples! Well about two weeks after reciving the "free sample" i had too go to my weekly dialysis so my co-pay is $50 for the week! I go online too look af my accout and i have a$49 charge i never authrized and had no clue who it was! There was a phone number next too the transaction so i called and the man i spoke with said "well we tried taking $98 from your account and seen the funds were not there so wd gve u a 50% discount the whole time i am asking him what is this for i didnt order anything! He says didnt u recive a box of face care products i said no i recieved free samples i had too pay fhe shilping charges on! I told him fhry took my dialysis co-pay and i wanted tht money puy back immediatly! And i wanted everything canceld! He said i had too refurn the samples unopened with and put on the box return merchandise autorization with a number but there is no gaurentee i would get my refund! He gave me an "stop service" number! I feel very takin advantage of! I never usually orders stuff and now i know why! So do i eat tht money or send back thier samples and still not get my money back? I do not know what to do?? I cant hve them too keep doin this too me so i will be canceling mu debit card paying for a new one! Its so crazy i cant believed i got scammed!!  But no where anywhere did it say nothing but free sample!!! How decieving!!! Shame of that company!!
