I paid shipping for a "free trial" of AuraVie, only to discover about 10 days later that I was billed $97.88. The representative informed me they do not ship a 10-day trial supply, and if not cancelled within 10 days the customer is billed for the full amount.

Had I been informed of this during the ordering process (I was called in my car and had to pull over,) I would not have confirmed the order. I did not recieve the shipment in adequate time to cancel the order. The company is crediting my account $35.
