House of Beauty World House of Beauty Did not ship package as promised, poor customer service. Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I went online and made an order, thought - 'hey price is alright, not super cheap, but not horrible either.'  Immediately after my order was paid for, I received a confirmation email that said my item would be processed and shipped the following business day, because it was a Sunday.

I waited the neccessary 3-5 shipping days, and even added a few extra before I checked the tracking button on the email they sent me.  It told me my item had not been processed yet.  I emailed in, requesting more information... and received nothing.  3 days later, I emailed in again and got someone to tell me that it had been on back order, and needed to be shipped from the manufacturer.  I asked if I could come in and pick it up, as their store happens to be nearby... no response.  I emailed a few days later... no response. I called multiple times, only to get a busy signal.  

I finally got someone on the phone and there was no apology, no answers, no apologies, nothing but an attitude from a manager and the store clerk told me it had been shipped this morning, but I wouldn't receive a tracking number until tonight.  Still no insight as to whether or not it really has been.
