House of Beauty World Returns do not reply Philadelphia Pennsylvania

First I ordered 2 wigs from them, one was OK and the other I hated but since it was on clearance I didn't bother to return.

Then I ordered 2 more wigs. One was fine but the one I really wanted was not the 1B I ordered it was very dark more ike a 1.

I called and explained and the lady told me to return it and then call them a week later and tell them what I wanted them to do. I asked why coudn't I just enclose a letter asking to exchange it for lighter color. Her reply was that is how we do it. I was very reluctant to do that so I went returns as well as sent them 2 emai 3 days apart but now 2 days after my last email I still haven't gotten a reply from them. I am as of this date returning the too dark wig as directed but am enclosing a copy of my invoice as well as a letter asking for credit. Without a doubt I will not buy any more wigs from them but am interested in their beauty products.
