I wear a wig daily by necessity. I ordered 10 packages of Vapon A curve adhesive strips over the internet. I was sent 10 packages of a generic brand of B Curve strips. These strips are vastly different than the ones ordered, and I cannot use them.

I called them repeatedly, and never spoke to one live person. I left messages each time, explaining that all I wanted was the correct order, and I would send the mistaken order back (at their expense, of course.) I was never contacted.

I sent emails. I was never contacted.

It has been two weeks, and I have lost $62.00 on the deal. They appear to have NO real customer service, and apparently don't care to.
