No. Just No.  Customer service is a joke!  The women who work there there like to hang up on you whenever they feel like it or worse, leave you on hold for 14 minutes before "accidentally disconnecting" your call.  They like to yell at you before they, guess what?  Hang up on you!

I paid an extra $9 for UPS shipping which, according to the transit times on THEIR website, is faster than USPS.  They mailed it USPS (which should have been free) which takes 4-9 days longer.  When I asked them why, they claimed that the UPS truck never showed up, so they decided to mail it USPS...but not refund the difference.  Whaa?!

When I asked to speak with a manager, they hung up on me again!  When I called back, they said that the manager was going to be out of the office for the rest of the week, didn't have voicemail and didn't have a direct number.  All complaints have to be emailed to customer service.  Smdh.

I wish that I had come to Ripoff Report first!  There are so many negative reviews on here about House of Beauty!  There goes my $60.

TL;DR:

Never again.
