House of Beauty Worst Customer Service Ever! Philadelphia Pa

They have the worst customer service I've ever encountered! They sent me the wrong item & refused to send the right one. I called them 5 times, emailed the pictures of the item I received as they had requested & still they fought me about what I ordered & what I actually received. They said it was the the right item but in a different color. Say what? I ordered a Tweezerman POINT Tweezer in Stainless & received a SLANTED Tweezer in pink. How in the Hell is that the right item? Then I had to pay to ship the wrong item back to them! I had to go to Paypal to get my money back. The manager clearly doesn't give a d**n about the customers. I will be posting about this everywhere I can find to tell people NOT to buy anything from these jerks! This company sucks!
