I placed and order on the 18 th of March got confirmation and on april 7th

my 27.00 dollars taken out my account on the and I received email say my order as been processed.

 After never receiving my wig, I called nymber spoke to a lady that said she check into it and call me back,

of course that never happened. Today is April 27th and I have yet to receive my product are hear from anyone else.

I will continue to contact them but I will never order from them again and I wouldn't advise anybody else to order of thier

website. The kicker they sent me an email , asking that I rate my product! What d**n product the one I never got yet!

Pissed to the max!

They said they did not take returns, the box was destroyed when I got it, and they said the wig smells. I had it sitting on my table waiting for a return label from them which never came, so I sent it back. Now they want to charge me for again returning a wig in the wrong color I did not order. House of beauty is a thieves and a rip off I order some products they send it to someone in Florida and send that person product to me and want me to pay for postage to return the items in order for me to received my order, I call 6 times they scream, and. Curse at me even hang up the phone on me every time I call ,I send email I leave numerous message asking for them to send the return label, but no one response back to me,I am so fed up with them at this point I do not even want the order anymore I just need a refund they are such a scam artist Pa Internet
