when I called the company after three weeks, it took me a week to get someone other than the operator to answer the pho did not allow me the opportunity to state my reason for calling them

i ordered two packs of hair for weaving at a cost of 239.00 and when it arrived i decided to exchange, i did open the package and there was no exchange sheet in the box so i wrote the exchange information of the back of the sheet in the box, and mailed it back them at the same address, i recieved it from and no answer in  a month so i dedcided to call the company,it took me calling nine times to get someone on the phone and when i did, she told me that they did not give refunds, and before i could explaine to her that i did not want a refund, she hung up thephone, and i have not been able to get in touch with them again.
