House of beauty world Horrible customer service, never received item, no email reply, phone numbers don't work Internet

 Ordered item on sept 27th...revived email on 28th that it had shipped...with 1-2 day shipping. 8 days, 3 emails and countless calls later...still have not received item and the tracking number they gave still shows "tracking number not found". They never replied to any of my emails. I tried all 3 phone numbers that were in the shipping email they sent me on the 28th and no one ever answered...just went to "voicemail full". On the 8th day I finally got through and they said they wouldn't refund my money...also that the tracking number they gave me was wrong but couldn't give the correct one because "usps never gives them the right one"...they told me it should be here either today or tomorrow (it did show up today) ...

their reason for not refunding me the money made ABSOLUTELY no sense..."we can't refund your money unless it didn't show up in 2 days"...I told them it has been 8 days and that I don't believe they actually ever shipped a package but they said to call back if it wasn't there today or tomorrow. Then they put me on hold in the middle of me talking and like a fool I sat there for 15 mins. When I decided they were not coming back on the line I hung up and tried to call back...surprise, no one answered!!! I gave up!!! I have a feeling I just need to chalk this one up to lesson learned and unless it is from a very reputable online store I need to do my research before ordering. (Now that I've researched them I see this is far from the first time this has happened) DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!
