Legal Mediations Practice, Legal Mediation Practice Called an 81 year old woman harrassing her for information Jacksonville Florida

On March 5, 2008 Legal Mediation Practice called my boyfriend's 81 year old grandmother threatening to put me in jail if I didn't pay my debt. "Grandma" was upset of course, she doesn't want me to go anywhere, so she told them she would give me the information and have me call them.

I called them on March 5, 2008 at 7:30pm and talked to a Melissa Baker. She told me I was to pay my debt or I will be taken to court. She told me I had until 5pm, March 6, 2008 until it will be turned over to the court. I called March 6, 2008 at 9:01am, Melissa Baker forward me to John Rugis. John was unprofessional, to say the least. I offered to give them money, and they refused it. I told them I would pay half now and half next week. They refused that as well. John would not listen to anything I had to say. He was back talking me and calling me a child. He told me to go to my parents for the money, as well as, told me what my father's job consists of. I told John that my parents are not resposible for me anymore and he kept pushing that my father pay.

This company needs to stop what they are doing. The believe they own people. I am not putting up with this. I have three statements from three different people on how this company is acting.
