Legal Mediation Practice illegally used collection practices and removed funds with a debit card without consent Jacksonville, Florida

on october 31, 2008 I have direct deposit with my job. I have had my checking out information stolen and had open up a new checking account. I did do a few pay day loans end of last year-beginning of this year and I made arrangements with a law firm to make arrangements for payback.

However, this company that I had never heard of obtained my new checking inforamtion and illegally used my debit card and withdrew $329.50.

I had never heard of this company, nor did I receive any kind of phone call or correspondence from them. I did the affidavit with my credit union, however it still takes at least a week if at all that the funds will be back into the account. After going on line and reading about them I understand that they are not a reputable company nor are their practices.
