Legal Mediation Practice Harrassment & Unethical Practices Jacksonville Florida

I applied for a loan with Payday Loan Yes back in August of 2007 to help pay some overdue bills. However I did not know that I was on the slate to be unemployeed at the end of September of 2007. When it was time to pay the loan back, I was broke and still in the process of looking for a job. All of my bills were behind and I was only getting a little bit of money from unemployment compensation.

I have now just been able to get caught up with everything being behind except for this loan. I have offered to make the payment on my upcoming payday but the company Legal Mediation Practices REFUSED to work with me. I am trying to work with the actual Payday Loan Yes company to try to rectify this situation.

Legal Mediation Practices threatened to send someone to my house to have me arrested. I did not refuse to pay this company, I just don't have but a little bit of money which is not enough to make the payment they are seeking all at once.
