LEGAL MEDIATION PRACTICE VIOLATING CIVIL RIGHTS AND SLANDER, IN VIOLATION OF FDCPA ORANGE PARK Florida

In December of 2007, I had a company get a hold of my checking account information online. They took thousands out of my checking account and used my name to purchase items like cable tv, internet service and power. I reported this to my bank and all three credit bureau's.
Recently, I got a phone call on my cell and at work from the same company; which I returned shortly after.
I spoke with a man who did not originally call me, however the woman who originally called me, name was Ms. Morris.

Apparently, they cannot use their first name. The man I spoke with told me I owed them for a personal loan from payday yes online and it was originally for 300.00. Now, they were trying to collect close to 700.00 due to "LEGAL" fee's.

They claimed to be a legal company working with a lawyer at a "FIRM" and that IF I did not pay them, I am considered to be writing worthless checks which is punishable by law, can receive jail-time and the police will arrest me at my job or at my home. He claimed that I had one hour to call and pay them off or they were "sicking" the dogs on me.

I was so upset and worried, I told them what had happened to me in December and even offerred to send them something in writing from my bank. The man refused and said someone had to pay the debt because otherwise I am going to jail.

I explained to him that I had never even received something in writing from them, and if I had I would have disputed it. I also told him I didn't even know if they were a reputable company and I hung up. I then started checking online, and saw all of the complaints. There are also some on yahoo. Hope this helps. I really want these people to stop harrassing and LYING to me.
