Ripped off; fake credit card and fake vacation package that is no good after they got my money .....

I was told that a one time fee of $249 that I would recieve a credit card with a credit limit of $2000. I agreed thinking I was getting a ligetimate card. I was told that with my acceptance of the card and fee that I would recieve a certificate for groceries or another package deal. I did not recieve a card for almost three months. I called several times and was even told to call 1-800 hot chicks.

I am on disability and recieve very little income so I really am financially and emotionally distrout over the fact that I have been decieved and riped off terribly. I sent them the last dollar I had.

I recieved a chex card that they will only allow me to deposit money into the account and if I don't they will charge me fees for not doing so or cancelling the deal. They refused to refund my money to me or honor what was promised to me.
