Market Leader is a Huge ripoff. Do not ever sign up with them. If you are a KW agent find out if you can use a different service provider. E-edge is fine but market leader sucks. They are rude. They say they provide you with 90 days free but will only provide you with 1 month. Then they charge the card and pick an arbitrary date for you to sign up so that they can charge you right away. Total scam.
Try a different company for your database needs. I just cancelled because of what they just pulled and now I am paying 30% less for more product elsewhere. I switched to Top Producer by the way. Much better. No customer service issues.
In a nutshell. They are rude. Arrogant. Have no customer service. And above all else, they steal your money.
Screw you. I will never use your service again market leader!
