This company is unethical, unprofessional and will rip you off!  Check all the websites where one can leave a review of this company (Yelp, rip-off reports, etc.) andyou'll find real estate professionals leaving very bad negative reviews almost daily.  And these are the ones that actually take the time to submit a review.  Many probably don't or even aware they can submit reviews so the actual problem's with this company is obviously valid and very bad.

I bought seller leads from them and was signed up on their mandatory 6 month contract.  That should have been the first big red flag for me not to sign up. Any company that has to lock you into a contract for 6 months demonstrates that there is unsatisfaction with their leads.  Be prepared for a very bad experience once they lock you in. If their leads were what they promise, Realtors would not leave them and stay paying.  They charge a premium for seller leads (@$40-$60 each!).  Now a valid seller lead according to them is a lead that has a valid email and a name that "appears" to be a real name. Leads can be sent back or credited if the email is bad and bounces back or a name comes through that is obviously made up, but its up to their discretion.  I had to send many back that were this way.

I received many seller leads that I paid a lot for each one and the name on the lead did not match the owner of the house (essentially maybe a buyer leadat the most but most of these are useless because they are people just looking on the internet and want to know a value of a house and say they are the owner and they are not.  In any case, you can't get credit back for these althou their contract statesa minimum amount of seller leads you will receive.  Half of the leads that they considered valid that I paid $40 to $50 each were not seller leads and turned out useless.  They won't credit back and lead that you can prove was not a true seller lead although their contract states that they will furnish these.  Complain to customer service is useless.  They only say then its a buyer. But buyer leads from them does not cost what they charge a seller lead but you can't get the difference.  Basically, around only 50% of the valid leads I got from them were true owners (or the name of the owner of the house).  That means I paid roughly $80-$100 per 1 possible valid lead. Its kind of odd once you respond to them many of those leads never responded back and they are the ones that suposedly wanted a CMA of their home. Comlain to their customer service too much, youfind that your leads all become less quality in no time!  Not to say anything, but if a lead only needs a valid email address and a name that seems real, and they charge $40 to $50 each..........well,you figure it out.  And with the experience I have had with this company it would not surprise me.  It takes a couple minutes to set up a email account.
