Market Leader Richard Lewis Signed me up for a free trial then ignored calls till after the cancellation window closed. BELLVUE Washington

Market Leader convinced me to sign up for a lead generation service under a free trial. After a few weeks and a few leads, all of which were either fake, uncontactable or simply unqualified garbage, I decided to cancel within my allowed cancellation window. Richard Lewis, our account rep at Market Leader, proceeded to ignore our phone calls and emails in an obvious effort to force me into a contract extension outside of our cancellation window. I was unsurprisingly charged $529 without so much as a call back during the start of the month following our free trial. Richard Lewis with Market Leader also decided to play a game of "who gets the last word” with 4 individual emails on the second business day of the month gloating about getting us into a 12 month uncancelable contract. Regardless of the outcome of our credit card dispute, this company is an outright fraud and they act about as juvenile as I’ve ever seen in business. In closing, I emplore you not to do business with Market Leader or Richard Lewis... You will be ripped off!
