Market Leader Selling phony real estate leads Washington

Market Leader offers real estate agents buyer/seller leads in their chosen area. When I spoke with their account executive, Thomas, he claimed there were 10 new listing leads in my area and as soon as I signed up with them, he would forward them to me. He went on to say that Market Leader scrubbed every lead to make sure that they were legitimate, i.e., a real person was actively looking for a listing agent, and that they would provide name, email address, etc., as components of their lead service.

Like a fool, I believed Thomas and signed up. Not only did I not receive the "hot" leads he promised but across the following two days I only received two leads; one person already had their house on the market and was in escrow with a buyer and the second lead was an elderly woman just looking at what her home could be worth following extensive remodeling. 

This company straight put lies. Period. Run don't walk away.
