Market Leader I have no contrcat with them, fulfilled all obligations and they refuse to cancel my website/crm and will not stop trying to charge me Bellevue Washington

This is literally the worst company. I used them for a couple year for real estate website and crm. I also bought some leads form them [all were garbage and expensive]. But I stuck with the website and crm as they were very limited but did mostly what I needed at the time. But the customer service is horrible. This is a declining company. Wouldn't let me do my own advertising to connect to crm, wouldn't give me answers, customer service was horrible on many many accounts. They don't seem to care. 

Then I decided to make the switch. I built my own new website with a website builder and made it conpletely custom and also started using a different crm. I called and emailed to cancel my market leader account and website.  Took them too long to respond, then I had to fill out a form. Did that and then again waited. Then someone calls me and tells me I have to keep the website and crm for 2 more months and pay for it even though I have no contract with them, I was month to month just paying for website and crm. I fulfilled all my obligations and they literally will not shut my website off and turn my account off and they won't stop trying to charge me. I have asked them for over a month easy, to turn my website and account off and they simply won't and are still trying to charge. 

The worst company out there easily. Not sure how they are still in business. Hossible system, horrible customer service, scammer woth garbage leads. Stay away, this company is a sinking ship.
