    I watched the video for this unorthodox non classroom memorization method of language learning and was very impressed. One aspect that was attractive, was the price tag $9.95, and in the cleverly animated video they worked that up like it was the best deal on the planet. Not much was said about the approximately $260.00 that was authorized in monthly payments once the first product was purchased and the second larger unmentioned gold package arrived. 

    I should have reacted immediately and returned the larger gold package and phone the company to investigate what was going on. Unfortunately, as the package was set aside and no paperwork appeared or warning / informative emails, I let the 30 day return window lapse. At that point, their hidden cost is activated and the monthly payments are withdrawn. Its an ingenious method to learning a language and swindling the customer.
