Pimsleur Approach International Order LLC. SCAM! Dishonest business Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I bought a $10 Portuguese Language Course from Pimsleur Approach on October. Then later I was sent more tapes that I DID NOT REQUEST. I called them several times to get the instructions to return this unwanted package. Every time I called them, they didn't provide me those instructions; Instead they extended the trial period.  I stated that I will be able to try this course if they send me an e-mail specifying that I would be able to returned anytime If I am not satisfied. Therefore, They offerred me to send me a reminding e-mail, which I never received.  This morning I called them to get again the instructions to return the package and I was told that unfurtunatelly it it is too late because the trial period ended on Nov 22 and I needed to pay $192 and my account is delinquent. This type of dishonest businesses must be prusecuted and eliminated from our society.
