 I saw a promotional ad on Facebook advertising a free trial for their skin cosmetics company name secret serum. The ad said nothing about a ten day dead line to return the product if not satisfied. I was billed the shipping cost for three products and found my skin was sensitive to them so stopped using. My account was charged 170.00 for this product immediately and found out when I called secret serums said you didn't send it back after ten days unopened. How can anyone try a unopened product. I called credit cacard company and was told there were two charges of 170.00 for another order on the way which I was able to send back unopened and received credit for that one. This company hides the information about their return policy very hidden on several pages into their ad.
