Secret serums Skin care produts Internet

 I saw an ad on the Internet for Christie Brinkley's anti-aging cream. They were offering a free trial for $4.95 shipping Charge only. While I was placing my order, a pop-up appeared for another product which was $5.95. I did not click on that product. I went to the next screen . Another pop-up appeared for $24.95. Again I did not click on it. When I got to check out, I was charged for all three items for a total of $36.95. There was no way for me to delete the items that I did not order. I called the phone number at the bottom of the website. It was an incorrect phone number to a totally different company.

I emailed customer service several times, advising them that it was an incorrect order. When I finally heard from them they had already mailed the order and would not refund my money or allow me to Return it because it had been opened. How ridiculous! I put in a dispute at my bank with the credit card company. I was only able to get $15.95 of my money returned. My banker called secret serum's. They were adamant that they would not return my money because the box had been opened and the product had already been shipped. Secret Serums has very very poor customer service. They are devious.
