I ordered what was billed as a trail offer of Secret Serums anti-aging product.  Soon I received two packages from the company.  I opened the first one. I immediately called the company, and told them I hadn't ordered any additional product, and wished to return it for a refund.  Talked to Arno & got a confirmation number.  He said company policy prohited their giving refunds if the package was opened.  Since I hadn't opened the product that didn't sound right to me.  When the second package arrived, I didn't open it.  Arno said I would get an e-mail in a few days from the company.  I waited a week, and rhen took both packages to the post office.  The unopened one the post office said I could write"Return to Sender" on, but the resealed one I readdressed and paid the postage.  My credit card was charged $92.65 twice.  When thecompany did send me an e-mail.  They said they would credit me $23.00 for what , I don't know.  Never had been a victim of such a fraud, and couldn't believe Ellen would associate herself with such a company!
