I ordered what I thought was a trial in July, one time offer, from Secret Serums. To my astonishment today, August 27, I received 2 more containers in the mail for $170, over 5 times of the initial trial offer. When I called to say I did not want this and was not aware of ever subscribing to this and it was a scam, I was told it was a trial and anytime people sign up for this on the Internet it is never a scam but a trial. I was also told that this was all my fault because I did not read the boxes I check carefully enough as I had signed up to receive this monthly! When I said I wanted to return it I was told I could not because I opened the package. You must be kidding-but,she said said this is their company policy! Why not seal the containers so it is obvious upon return I never opened it. Call it a Trial-it is a Major Scam!
