Ordered a camera and monitor system for child room through internet from Tmart.com. Received several days later. Shipped from Yall, Inc New Brunswick, NJ. After installing the equipment, it did not work as required, started to request a return authorization through internet contact, there are no phone numberst to contact Tmart. Was told to wait for e-mail within 24 hours. Twice tried without a response. The third attempt, through internet chat spoke with Tina in Hong Kong. She kept asking for two more days and uderstanding sice they were having problems. The same conversation in the two prior instances. All I want is a return authorization in order to receive a full refund. Looks like there is a scam here. Looks like I have given my money away.

Tmart changed?

There have been numerous disparaging comments/reviews about Tmart. However, either I just got lucky (unlikely with the never-the-same-person responses), or Tmart has undergone a huge change.
I'll save you the details, but a problem was resolved with immediate (given the time difference) response to my email(s) and, despite their best efforts, eventual refund on my purchase, without the need for sending the watch back.
I didn't get the outcome I wanted (a watch I could wear diving, and read at night), but that was a function of the design, not the seller.
