They severely damaged my car. 

They drove it (rather than transport it) hundreds of miles.

They smoked in my car - Yuck!

They abandoned my car at a truck stop (caught on security camera).  They called me and said their truck broke down - a lie.

They didn't make anything for moving my car.  They are working out of a post office box.  This means I can't send them a summons to appear in court.  

When they picked up the car they were asked for a bill of lading.  The truck driver said he would get it out of his truck.  He took off and never provided proof of condition at the time of pickup.   

So basically no government agency will do anything about this foreigner who violates the rules, runs without insurance, damages cars without consequencies and rips off hard working people and they laugh when you question them. 

I blame this on open borders, ease of buying a truck without proper credentials, lack of any government oversite in the auto transport industry and no clear path to recover my losses.
